Les Sources sits on the border of the Dordogne and Bordeaux regions within the Perigord Noir region of Aquitaine.  The house is approximately 65 km from Bordeaux to the west and 15 km to Bergerac to the east.

 

The house is located on the D32 Route du Bergerac and comes under the commune of Le Fleix which is where our local Marie (Mayor) is based. The Bastide town of Sainte Foy La Grande is approximately 5 km further down the river.

 

The house approximately 2.2kms from the village of Le Fleix, where our nearest boulangerie and supermarket can be found.
