DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT    

   In order to secure your booking, we kindly ask you to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the overall value of the booking.  You can do this in three ways:

1.  By direct bank transfer (bank details will be provided once you contact us).

2.  By debit or credit card (we accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex).

3.  By cheque.

 

On receipt of your deposit payment, the dates will be blocked off the reservation calendar and an email receipt will be sent to you. Payment of the remainder of the booking fee will need to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start date of the booking.

All bookings will also include an additional cleaning fee of £90.

Where a booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

    At the time of paying the balance due, we will also require a refundable security deposit of £500 to cover

any serious breakages or damage to the property. This will be refunded 7 days after you have left the property and everything is confirmed in good order.
